What is the process?
The first time you float, we will give you a quick orientation and guide you through the process.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff and guided to your private float therapy room which contains a sensory deprivation pod willed with an epsom salt solution. Before your session begins, you'll have the chance to shower to remove any oils or lotions from your skin.
Next, you'll step into the float tank, where the buoyant saltwater will support your body, allowing you to float effortlessly. As you settle into the soothing warmth of the water, external stimuli such as light and sound will fade away, creating a tranquil environment for deep relaxation.
During your float therapy session, you'll have the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and enter a state of profound relaxation. Many people experience a sense of weightlessness and a release of tension as they let go of stress and worries. Some even report enhanced mental clarity and creativity during their float.
After your session is complete, you'll have access to a shower to rinse off any salt residue before returning to the reception area.

- Do not float if you've recently dyed your hair. Make sure your hair has been washed multiple times before participating in a float.
What to bring
- Bring any special toiletries you use. We provide towels, soap, and shampoo for your shower.
